Chief Executive Officer
Gino is responsible for the overall direction of Nello Construction. During his tenure with the firm, Gino has held various leadership roles and is responsible for financial oversight, human resources, executive project management, contracts, bonding and insurance. He directly serves the firm's valued clients to ensure projects meet their expectations.
George joined the company in 1982 and has spent his entire career in the construction industry bringing a broad-based background in vertical construction. His expertise in a variety of delivery methods and a wide range of market segments creates many opportunities for future growth. He is responsible for executive level project oversight, contract negotiations and ensuring client services and satisfaction are met on projects.
Vice President of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Jake ensures that projects are properly staffed with experienced personnel and material purchases are managed. He establishes and coordinates communications amongst the project stakeholders and manages all aspects of estimating and preconstruction services.
Vice President of Construction
With a wide portfolio of projects, Dave oversees all project management staff and plays a hands-on role, serving as the Sr. Project Manager on large projects. Additionally, he manages the CAD/Revit and Survey departments. He works directly with clients to ensure project goals are met and construction is completed on time and within budget.
Vice President of Business Development
As Vice President of Business Development, Gene works with the Executive Team to develop strategic relationships to achieve business growth goals. In addition to strengthening Nello Construction’s core businesses, he is developing new opportunities in negotiated Design|Build, Private Developer, Higher Education and Healthcare markets.
