Nello Construction is a full-service general contractor serving Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Maryland. We provide the following services for renovations and new construction:

General Construction
As general contractor, Nello Construction performs over 25% of work with its own forces. This enables us to keep advanced project schedules and control project takeoff. Our self-performed expertise includes demolition, excavation, concrete, masonry, carpentry, millwork and steel building installation.

Construction Management At-Risk
Our Construction Management (CM) team can effectively administer a project from feasibility study to project closeout. Construction management services may include preliminary evaluation, preliminary schedule, preliminary estimate, constructability review, value engineering, on-site representation, project commissioning and claim analysis.

Design-Build
A single-point management system where design and construction are handled by Nello Construction under one umbrella. This approach accelerates project delivery, increases quality control, reduces owners administrative responsibilities and helps control costs from start to finish.
