Exterior features include a culture stone face, EFIS quoins corners, drive through porte-cochere and a standing seam roof.
Interior boasts a 30 ft. fireplace, faux painted walls, exotic concrete staining and elevator, security, sound and video systems.
Fully accessible kitchen with drive-in service area on the side of building.
Nello performed site work, concrete, carpentry and provided value-engineering services through the design phase of the project, saving the client roughly $1.5 Million.
